The kitchen, which has a first-rate chef, offers many local specialties and will take you on a voyage of discovery of local dishes from the Apuo-Versiliese region, including fresh fish and authentic ingredients from the Lunigiana and Garfagnana regions, giving you a vacation not only of sea and sun but also at the table, sampling the tastes of the region.
At breakfast a sumptuous buffet is served of delicacies and jams made in our kitchen -- warm brioches, fresh fruit, cured meats and cheeses. In the summertime breakfast is served in the garden.
